Autobiography

Ming-Fang Weng received the B.S. degree and M.S. degree from National Chiao Tung University, Hsinchu, Taiwan, in 1998 and 2000 respectively, Ph.D. degree from National Taiwan University in 2010, all in computer science and information engineering. Before his doctoral study, he worked as an engineer for the Institute for Information Industry. Currently, he is a postdoctoral fellow in the Multimedia Technologies Laboratory of the Institute of Information Science, Academia Sinica, under the supervision of Dr. Hong-Yuan Mark Liao. His research interests include digital content analysis, image/video information retrieval, computer vision, and multimedia systems and applications.
